About the Role: Pixi is a global beauty brand known for effortlessly enhancing natural beauty through innovative skincare and color cosmetics. As the first AI Analyst on Pixi's AI Transformation Team, you'll design, build, and launch the workflows and bots that power Pixi's next stage of growth. • Workflow Design & Build – Create end-to-end automations across CRM, e-commerce, and internal systems using AI tools and low/no-code platforms
• Bot Development – Build and deploy bots across customer service, influencer management, operations, and marketing that drive measurable impact
• Integration Engineering – Connect APIs and data pipelines between platforms like NetSuite, Kustomer, Shopify, and external tools

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in technical analysis, automation engineering, or AI workflow development (preferably in e-commerce or CX)
• Proficient in APIs, JSON, SQL, and low/no-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, UiPath, or similar)
• Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM solutions (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)
• Strong problem solver who can translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams

About the Role: Invoca is an AI-powered revenue execution platform that brings together marketing, commerce, and contact center teams to turn every customer interaction into measurable, profitable growth. As an Agentic AI Analyst within the Product organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and refining the emerging category of agentic AI applications.
